What is your very favorite part of motherhood?
There are so many favorite parts of motherhood but I would have to say that one of the very best is watching Milo learn something new. A new word. A new song. A new task. A new dance move. A new book. She is a little sponge right now + it's been so fun watching her learn + grow.
What is your best advice for fellow mother's?
Something that I've had to learn + that I would pass onto other mother's would be to roll with the punches. We all have good days + bad, ups + downs. One day we're on the top of the world + the next day we don't want to get out of bed. Our kiddos have highs + lows as well. Take things one day at a time + try your best to be present in the moment. Milo's favorite thing in the world is when we get down on her level + play. Kids want our undivided attention. They grow up sooooo fast + I know that one day we will all look back + miss these special days.
What is the most used phrase you say to your children?
Something that I find myself saying to Milo multiple times throughout the day is "What do you say?" Whenever Milo is given something or someone does something for her, I want to make sure she says "Thank you!" I think it is important to teach good manners + to show gratitude for those who serve us. It makes me so proud when she says it without me reminding her. Repetition is where it's at!
