As scary as skin cancer is - we have hope! With it being something we can prevent, below are some preventable measures we can take to avoid skin cancer...
Apply sunscreen every day + reapply every 2 hours
Find a local dermatologist + schedule an annual visit
Skip the tanning oil + avoid tanning beds at all costs
Seek the shade

According to skincancer.org, "Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin."
