What are the hats you wear in your life?
"A few of the hats I wear include, wife to jon (who is also my business parter and anchor) football mom to Jonah, Riggins and Jack. My boys really are my biggest flex in life. We recently got the sweetest little golden doodle named Rio, it was a long time coming, but I am happy to finally be a dog mom. I am a designer - I designed my home, design hats and accessories, and also am a retired cosmetologist. I am a sister and daughter, aunt and friend. I'm a bookworm, anything from Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie to Colleen Hoover and Vogue, I’ll read it all. I am an introvert who quickly becomes an extrovert around my close friends and family. I am an avid journal-writer and meditator. I would consider myself a skin care + podcast junkie who happens to be obsessed with Nashville and struggles with anxiety. I am an avid gratitude list writer, it started junior year in high school and never stopped."
"If I had to choose three words to describe my personal style I'd choose classic, minimal and thoughtful. With a touch of sporty mixed in the middle."
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONAL STYLE?
“My style is all about elevated comfort. Living in Utah, I love effortless pieces that still feel put together, whether I’m heading to carpool for football practice or walking into a meeting.”

WESTERN FASHION IS SO HOT RIGHT NOW, HOW ARE YOU APPROACHING IT?
"Western fashion honestly intimidated me until I realized I didn't need to change a single thing about my everyday style to make it work?! Now I’ll throw on my cowgirl hat with the same blazer, jeans I always wear and call it good. This is one of the first fashion trends in years that I have fully embraced, don’t reinvent anything you’re already doing, just add the right accessories! I love how seamlessly western compliments my work and home style, as well as my obsession with Nashville."

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE ON GAINING CONFIDENCE?
"You gotta find the thing that lights you up + makes you feel alive - outside of anything on your phone. And do it as often as possible. For me, it’s watching the sunset from my front porch or doing a puzzle. The Artist’s Way workbook (overnight one on Amazon) is a great place to start if you're feeling stuck and wanting to tap into what lights you up. It helped me get clear on what confidence means to me. I have been doing morning pages for almost 8 years now. Once I forced myself to sit still long enough to get to know myself, I figured out how to show up authentically in my personal style, my relationships, and in the many other hats I wear. Confidence doesn't have to make sense to anyone else but you. No blog or book or amount of money or designer or friend will be able to gift you confidence - put in the work to figure it out for yourself, you'll feel the difference and everyone else will see it!"
