DOES LOYALTY CASH EXPIRE?
Loyalty Cash expires 365 days after a customers last purchase. Customers will be notified 30 days, 7 days, + 24 hours before they lose their loyalty cash.
CAN LOYALTY CASH BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS?
Loyalty cash can not be combined with other offers, including gifts with purchase, sale items, or discount codes.
WHAT IS GIGI PIP LOYALTY CASH?
Gigi Pip Loyalty Cash is a form of rewards currency you can earn through our loyalty program. By making purchases and participating in other qualifying activities, you accumulate Loyalty Cash, which can be used as a discount on future full price purchases online and in-store.
HOW IS GIGI PIP LOYALTY CASH REDEEMED?
To redeem your cash, click on the "REWARDS" widget at the bottom left-hand corner of any page on www.gigipip.com + sign in. Once you are signed in you'll be able to use the Rewards Widget to "CASH OUT." This will walk you through a short cash-out process in which you receive a discount code in the amount of the loyalty cash you choose to redeem. The discount code can then be used online or in person on full price purchases.
