Overview:

Gigi pip is seeking an ambitious + hard-working Affiliate Coordinator who will manage + grow our Affiliate program to source and acquire new affiliate partners and grow incremental revenue through the program. This role will oversee daily operations with our affiliate platform, act as the internal lead for affiliate partners, + identify + execute new potential partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify top-tier affiliate partnership opportunities + successfully rollout campaigns
• Engage + strengthen existing affiliate partnerships + help transform ad-hoc affiliates into long-term strategic partners
• Effectively manage the budget to business goals
• Automate operations + help scale the program

Experience Required:

• 1 years of relevant affiliate and/or sales experience, ideally for an e-commerce business
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of partners, + comfortable being the point of contact for affiliates
• Highly analytical, comfortable using data to measure success + make decisions
• College degree is preferred
• Knowledge of affiliate + influencer marketing and industry best practices
• Solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, prioritize, + manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Entrepreneurial: you must be autonomous + work independently without significant guidance
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms a plus! (i.e. Raktuen + Affiliately)
