We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Manager to manage Gigi Pip's warehouse operations and fulfillment team. Applicants will need to show an ability to manage a team as well as a passion for culture and operational efficiency.
We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Manager to manage Gigi Pip's warehouse operations and fulfillment team. Applicants will need to show an ability to manage a team as well as a passion for culture and operational efficiency.
*Applicants with warehouse and management experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the order fulfillment process
- Oversee the warehouse operations
- Ensure quality assurance in packaging
- Hire, lead and manage the fulfillment team
- Present monthly KPIs in management meetings
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency
- Work with upper management on fulfillment strategies
Experience:
- 2+ years of team management/leadership experience
- 2+ years in order fulfillment
- Basic understanding of order processing and warehouse logistics
Software used (experience is great, but not required):
- ShipStation
- Shopify
- Slack
- Asana
- Warehouse OS

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 DOE
