Overview:
As a Retail Marketing Specialist at Gigi Pip, you will play a pivotal role in developing + implementing effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the overall retail experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and events that resonate with our target audience, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets + brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the marketing department with a focus on retail locations.
- Assist in retail initiatives to drive traffic into our stores + create brand awareness.
- Assist in building sales + promotional strategies for retail.
- Help coordinate retail + PR events.
- Coordinate retail marketing outreach including social media, e-mail + SMS channels.
- Assist customers at our Kaysville retail location.
Skills:
• Strong communication skills to work with team members effectively
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with the sales team, customers, and marketing partners
• Must be organized + able to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently
• Must be a self-starter and contribute meaningfully in brainstorming sessions and in ways to improve the company’s activities
• Must be proactive in solving any issues that arise or any future issues expected.

Hourly Pay: $18 per hour
