Overview: We are looking for a part/full-time Gigi Pip Wholesale Assistant to assist in growing the wholesale channel, keep in contact with our current stockists and help find new stockists. This job is in-house at our office in North Salt Lake. We are not currently looking for remote employees.

Compensation: Starting at $12-$15 per hour + commission, based on experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating regularly with current stockists and engaging them in upsell opportunities
• Proactively responding to inbound leads to answer questions and place new orders 
• Attract new stockists through outbound calls and emails
• Updating manager weekly on pipeline performance, feedback and any relevant issues
• Staying up to date with merchandise, especially new products and being able to make suggestions based on different customers needs
• Occasionally assisting fulfillment team with large orders from corporate accounts and shipping parties
• Attending trade shows with the wholesale team a couple times a year (Magic, Project + Coterie)

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales is preferred
• Great communication and interpersonal skills; not being afraid to pick up the phone and cold call prospective customers
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and hit sales goals
• Basic computer skills (experience in managing a sales pipeline preferred)
